    A: To confirm order after receiving email quotations, simply log into your iChemical account, go to "My Inquiry" and proceed to order with your quoted items. If your organization requires other documents before an order can be placed, please notify your primary contact at iChemical to seek further assistance.

    If the product you are interested in is already online with pricing info of specific packages, you can make a purchase by adding to cart and checking out online.

    If your organization enjoys iChemical credit terms, check-out is even easier through shopping cart. Just choose wire transfer with credit terms and you are set to go.

    How can I ask for a quote for custom packages?

    A: After logging in, you can request for quotes in one of the two ways:

    1. Search product and click “Get a quote”;

    2. Click on the “Inquiry” button on the navigation bar of any webpage and follow instructions on the inquiry page. Quotes will be sent to your registered email address once available. You can also review them in your own iChemical “My Account” section.

    How soon can I receive quote, order confirmation, invoice etc., from iChemical?

    A: iChemical respond to 100% of inquiries received online and offline. Quotes are usually offered within 12 business hours since inquiry. Online inquiries are processed even faster. Quotes are available through emails as well as online in your own iChemical account.

    A: iChemical provides expected dispatch date at the time of your visit to product pages, as well as on each quotation. For example, when you visit CAS 6221-04-1 on October 13th, 2016 and see “shippable on 15-10-2016”, it means this product is ready to ship out in two days. The actual dispatch date will be decided upon your order confirmation date."

    Lead time can be calculated by comparing the “shippable date” to your actual visit date to iChemical.com or the date you received the specific quotation from us.

    Delivery date will be greatly decided upon ship-to country and the efficiency of customs and local delivery services. iChemical can only provide estimated delivery date from history orders.

    A: iChemical caters to a variety of incoterm requirements.

    FOB: You can add product items to shopping cart and fill in your courier account number. Shipping fees will be automatically waived.

    CIF/DAP: You need to choose ship-to country first on top right corner of any webpage. The right pricing will be automatically applied. For inquiries, please put in the note of your desired incoterm.

    For other incoterms (CIP/DDP/CFR/FCA/EXW), please mention it in the "note" of your inquiries and we shall cater to your specific incoterms need when we offer you quotations.

    How can my company/organization earn iChemical credit term?

    A: iChemical requires advance payment for first orders from new accounts. Credit terms are granted upon user application. Please ask your iChemical Primary Contact for the Credit Application Form (CAF).

    Accounts with prior history of overdue payments will lose credit terms. For more questions, please write to your primary contact at iChemical.

    How to make a payment to iChemical?

    A: Payment are accepted only through offline means at this moment, although online credit card payment will be enabled in a few months. For now, to confirm order from quotations or to check out from shopping-cart and if your organization doesn’t enjoy iChemical credit term, please ask your primary contact at iChemical to provide banking details for wire transfer.

    Where to access COA, MSDS and other product related documents?

    A: Please mention in your inquiry request of COA, MSDS or other documents. You will be provided these documents together with quotation and/or before order dispatch in emails or hard copy with actual shipment.

    If there are certain index you require, please let us know as well to include in the technical documents.

    Can I have a consolidated shipment or partial shipments?

    A: Based on the number of items ordered and expected dispatch date as well as on whether the compounds are hazardous, consolidated shipments and partial shipments can be provided upon request. Please clarify your request at any stage before earliest dispatch date. Your primary contact at iChemical shall help you adjust shipping costs and plan dispatch schedules.

    For checking outs directly online from shopping-cart, consolidation of shipments will be automatically performed and show you a consolidated price in the shopping-cart when you check out.

    iChemical supports online search of our catalog products. If you know the CAS number or chemical name of the product you are looking for, you can use either to start a search although using CAS number will always be more precise.

    A: At iChemical, we take great pride in our product quality and service. Therefore, each order cancellation request will be handled one-on-one with our account managers.     How to return a product back to iChemical?

    iChemical’s Shanghai Warehouse is the only location to receive returned goods. To avoid confusion, please ask your primary contact for “Return Material Authorization (RMA)” and fill the form with necessary information. Shipping address will be provided to you after RMA approved by iChemical. Refund (if apply) will be processed immediately after returned goods received by iChemical’s Shanghai Warehouse.

    iChemical will bare shipping charges and handling fees for returning goods only when product quality is proven compromised within three working days of the delivery date..
