To avoid confusion, please ask your primary contact for “Return Material Authorization (RMA)” and fill the form with necessary information. Shipping address will be provided to you after RMA approved by iChemical. Refund (if apply) will be processed immediately after returned goods received by iChemical’s Shanghai Warehouse. 

iChemical will bare shipping charges and handling fees for returning goods only when product quality is proven compromised within three working days since delivery.
