A: After order confirmation, you can see the status of order in your account on iChemical.com. A dispatch notice email will be sent to your registered email address. 

If you are checking on customization projects, there is a progress update module for each of your orders. You'll find access to synthetic routes,  the interim reports, and tests on intermediates and final products. 

Tracking numbers are also available in your order list. You can log in and track your orders any time if the dispatch email is somehow lost.

Your primary contact and account representative will be able to assist in customs clearance for international orders. So do let them know if you encountered any trouble.
